Suffering from lower back pain for the past three years with a bulging disc, there is still no improvement?

Hi I am suffering with back pain floor with a bulging disc in the last 3 yesrs, i have been the subject of homeopathy, ayurveda, treatment ends in no result, then I went to physio and subjected to physical treatments such as traction, Social Welfare Department, IFT, ultrasound, times and still am a strong pain,,, I am not able to walk long distances and is unable to stand a few minutes together .. DNT i like to go for surgery .. please suggest me as I do .. wat tremor during the course of physio the treatment I got a 30% reduction in pain, but responses have been rising again .. ur valuable I can ease my pain .. plz help me out.

Hello, I would say that almost all disc problems do not need surgery as a form of treatment. Low back pain is like any other injury, because if you give the body with right conditions to heal itself, more often than not … the human body has an innate ability to repair itself! giving the right conditions, it means to promote relaxation and avoiding activities temporarily aggravated. Together with an appropriate exercise program if indicated. The first thing to do is to try and notice of special activities that aggravate the pain and tend to ease it. Trying to avoid condescending, the easiest way to do this is to measure their "normal" level of pain and then basically ignore it. So when you feel your normal level of pain increases or decreases significantly, ask yourself what is and has been doing. The reason for this is because the chances are that you are feeling the changes in their level of pain as a result of what has been doing. This is important because as long as they are compounding their grief, are interfering with the body's ability to heal itself (I often use an analogy a scab! or the athlete who tries to run too soon in a torn muscle, both cases will undo any healing that may have taken place). Alternatively, if you are providing conditions in which their normal level of pain is reduced, then this will be less stressful for your back and therefore will promote healing. As time passes and make a copy for improvement (and therefore becomes stronger) can begin to re-introduce the activities that were intitially avoid back now be strong enough to tolerate.
