Anybody know any physical therapy exercises (herniated disc)?
I have an MRI and finally today I found out why been having back pain and weakness in my left leg.I have herniated disc.Im not sure how I have it, I do not lift weights or what I have of anything.Maybe playing basketball. Does anyone know any exercises I can do to help strengthen my back and help my herniated disc to heal faster?
A hernia disk is not a muscle problem and not related to core stability. Therefore, "strengthening" is not only ineffective for short-term relief, but there is no physiological reason to do so.
